o         Package this information in several different fashions for optimal distribution to thousands of area realtors and the buyer community by using methods such as:

§          unique high quality signage, full color brochures and “home books”

§          the internet, including a virtual tour and home page devoted to your home

§          print advertising

§          targeted marketing

§          direct mailing

§          and more!

o         Describe all aspects of the listing period (the time from when your property is listed for sale until a buyer is identified)

o         Explain what you can expect once the home is under contract with a buyer, and we are on the road to closing on the sale.
