The west side of Albuquerque has seen unprecedented growth in recent years. The growth of jobs, retailers, homes and residents has typically outpaced the city’s ability to address the resulting infrastructure needs, such as roads, schools, and hospitals. Rio Rancho Public Schools will pay the Land Office $2.52 million for the acreage.
